Export-Import and International Trade and Commerce Experts

The Youth must and can have a chance to learn the Export-Import and International Trade Business, so vital for the USA and the World growth .

Just one hour a day programs on TV and Internet,mobile and fixed, in schools and at home, showing to Students and Adults , in a very simple and graphic way, what every country sells to the USA and what they buy, what they produce and what they have to sell to global markets, and what they will need in the next 10 years , with simple graphs, numbers and points of contact like Trade Offices and Corporations , this simple exercise could create the curiosity and will needed to start the one million new experts in Export-Import that the markets need, a practical application for the motor of growth : Trade, Commerce and Friendship with all Nations.

This new generation of Exports and International Trade experts could push forward new local technologies that the World is going to need in abundance : Solar,Wind and Wave Energy, Hybrid-Electric Plug-in motors and batteries for cars and trucks, new composites and alloys , nano technologies for fuel-cells , fusion energy and hydrogen and oxygen administration : Fresh Water for a very thirsty World and new and abundant natural crops. The only ingredient we need is political and civic leaders.

Every new building and home build or renovated from now on could and must have a system to generate its own little electricity, just one kilowatt of Solar , Wind, shallow geothermal and batteries, heat pumps and fuel cells, etc., because where is the logic in more buildings that don't produce anything all day ? buildings that just stand there all day ? when we have free sun and free wind ? why ? and these technologies can be exported too .... the only thing missing is common sense and new leaders.

One city with solar , wind and geothermal energy everywhere

One way to start new jobs and growth : Take one city and install solar ,wind and shallow geothermal electric systems in every building and private home ( if the owner wants to participate) , on every lot, every parking lot, garbage landfill, street lamps and signs, roofs and side of every road install compact 1 to 5 kWh systems compatible with private home systems to lower costs : turn the whole town into a clean green electricity generator , with fresh natural organic food shops and farmers markets and with bicycle lanes and hybrid-electric plug-in cars and trucks for every resident that wants it , make this city a sample and test so that engineers, architects , programmers, designers,manufacturers, contractors, roofers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters , home owners , parents ,customers and others can see how it can be done better, cheaper , easier and faster.

Taxes from private homes that don't produce anything is economic failure

The USA ( as well as the European Union  , its biggest trading partner and the backbone of the " rule of law - republic - democratic and mostly christian " system ) needs  a total overhaul of its capital system and taxes :

Our economic system is based on Taxes , and besides salaries and dividends , etc., they come mostly from taxes on  private real estate property, over our homes or apartments , and since most of these private properties do not produce anything all day, we keep on trying to get something ( taxes ) out of private buildings and homes that mostly don't produce anything , and that's why the middle class in the USA and the EU ( as well as the whole world ) is going bankrupt  : we cannot sustain this level of real estate taxes over homes that don't produce anything all day.

One solutions is to help every homeowner produce electricity from the free sun , wind and earth heat, with a 3-, 5- or 10-kilowatt solar, wind and geothermal system, these private homes can produce something ( electricity ) to sustain the level of taxes that our system needs today.

If we don't change this , our economies will collapse, it's mathematically impossible to try to get something out of nothing, and capital systems must constantly upgrade and improve or die , the time is right now to help all these private homes produce something, electricity, as well as jobs in installation, maintenance, manufacturing ,hardware and software, etc.

In my opinion it's practical and realistic change for the system , or collapse.
